Fees
Lesson Fees
• Ages 7–12: £4.70 per class if you book online or £5 if you pay at class
• Ages 13–70: £5.70 per class if you book online or £6 if you pay at class
How to Book/ Pay with the discount:

• Book your class by 5:00 PM on the day you wish to train
• Pay by Debit card, Credit card or PayPal ... Cash Payment on the day is £5 (7 - 12yrs old) & £6 (13 - 70yrs old)

ALL bookings cannot be refunded or transferred.
Membership
• Annual Membership: £25
• Purchase directly on our website or pay cash at club
• Must be bought within your first 8 lessons
We also offer a Gold Membership Package which includes 1 year of membership and 1 year of lessons at a discounted rate.
Belt Gradings
Students are invited to grade when the instructor is confident they:
• Know the full syllabus for their belt
• Can demonstrate techniques to a good standard
Grading invitations are usually given 1–2 weeks before the test date and are booked and paid for either online before the 5pm cut-off or cash/ card at the beginning of class.
Time Between Belts
• Around 3 months between: White → Yellow → Orange → Green
• Around 6 months between: Blue → Purple → Brown → Red/Black
• Around 1 year from Red/Black to Black Belt (grading are June or December)
Belt Order
White → Yellow → Orange → Green → Blue → Purple → Brown → Red/Black → Black (1st Degree and above)
Grading Fees
Grading fees range from £5 for White Belt up to £90/£100 for Black Belt. Your instructor will confirm the fee for your next grading.
Health & Safety
To keep training safe and appropriate, we ask all students to provide medical details, including:
• Any past or current injuries
• Ongoing conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, heart issues)
• Any allergies
We also collect:
• An emergency contact name and phone number
• The student’s date of birth
• An email address (adult student / parent / guardian)
Photo & Video Consent
You’ll be asked whether you give permission for the student to appear in promotional photos or videos (YES / NO).
This information helps us manage risk and support you properly during training.
